This universal lens hood is adjustable to cover all focal lengths between 24-210mm, expandable in either two settings for 28-80mm, and three settings for 35-210mm. Made of acid-proof, temperature insensitive, matte black rubber with molded refractive light baffles. Screw-in mount with inside thread to accept filters.

This truly a 3 position shade well made and economical. The down side is that you can't use the original lens cap while the shade is mounted on the lens.

I have found most rubber hoods to be flimsy, particularly wide angle hoods. Nothing flimsy about this very sturdy hood. The adjustable lens coverage works very well also. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

THeres about 3 different lengths you can have on it, I use it on both my 50mm lens and 85mm lens... also does well over filters. I dont see a downside to these.
