The sound quality of this headset is amazing. Both the sender and receiver have crystal clear audio of adequate volume. You can also use it to listen to your cell phone music and navigation-- which can be a real relief in an otherwise noisy environment. The voice recognition software works well for answering calls on the road. I also love that the headset seamlessly connects and reconnects (after I've been away from the phone or computer) to both Skype and my cell phone. It's also very comfortable to the point you can forget you are wearing it. In addition, the box came with some nice goodies--a charging carry case and a magnetic USB charger that works a treat. Once charged it lasts 7 hours or more (I haven't yet run it out of juice). There are only two minuses. First, it is hard to perch it on a small ear, especially if you wear glasses. I usually have to take off my glasses and spend several minutes fiddling with it to get it seated. Fortunately, once in place it tends to stay there and is comfortable enough you don't mind leaving it. The only other negative is that even though not listed as backordered it was over 3 weeks after I ordered it before B&H got it to me, for which their customer service rep was totally unapologetic. Apparently they only send for one from the manufacturer after the order is placed. The plus side is you are likely to get the newest firmware. The down side is there is no telling how long it will take for the manufacturer to send it out, and you can count on another week of waiting after B&H gets it.

Love the functionality, it works with both my PC Softphone and iphone 5. The only complaint is that it is a little uncomfortable with my glasses. The audio quality is so so, but you can hear fine it is just not as clean as my Bose heaadset. It is a little annoying when I get a moble call while on a PC call as it announces the caller but you can turn that part off. All in all great headset, long battery life, great mic and noice canceling. I never use the standard charger- it is not the best- sicne I got the UC model with the charging case and desk mount charger

Setup was easy. Sound quality is excellent, in or out of doors. Works well with my computers and plenty of ways to charge, desktop, mobile and I love the charging case. This is a huge upgrade from Jawbone. Of which I've owned just about every model.
Voyager is Highly recommended!

Comments about Plantronics Voyager Legend UC B235 Standard Wireless Headset:
The headset fully integrates into the phone, laptop and tablet. The battery life is good and the sound quality is better than any other headset I have had previously. The only thing I miss is the ability to voice dial, but, I believe this is on the phone OS and not necessarily the headset; unsure and unable to determine for sure. Everything else is great!

Great headset clear quality and background noise reduction. I had to knock off one star for a proprietary charging connector :(. The proprietary connector is not so bad if you buy this set, which includes a charging case with a micro-usb port.

Finally! A totally hands-free headset. It was a bit quirky to set up, especially because there is no software for Mac, but once I updated it on a PC, the headset worked flawlessly and exactly as advertised. It's comfortable, has a long battery life and comes with tons of accessories. I would recommend it to anyone.

I use this in my home office with dictation software and with my cell phone. The travel case charges the earpiece in my car, the stand by my computer charges it the rest of the time when not in use. Works well in cancelling noise. Great product!!

I read a review suggesting that the device doesn't work with the iPhone 5. I called Plantronics and verified that a glitch has been removed, and not it does. While I haven't upgraded to the 5 (waiting for the 5S or 6), if the performance with my iPhone 4 is any indication, this is the best of the best!

Comments about Plantronics Voyager Legend UC B235 Standard Wireless Headset:
I've owned several headsets to include Bose and other Plantronics models. As far as clarity of incoming sound, I must rank it close to the Bose in sound quality. I've yet had a complaint as far as outgoing voice quality in a variety of situations such as outdoors and in stores.
The downsides of the headset are the following:
The first may be my ear shape or something because from time to time, the headset has the tendency to fall off my head even when I'm not moving. I've never had this problem before. Another problem I've found is that the signal quality degrades in less distance than other headsets I've had. That is only a minor annoyance since I just have to remember to carry the phone with me if I'm going more than 20-25 feet away. Finally, I love the pick up feature however, you have to remember whether or not the headset is in the case. I must appear quite foolish talking into my phone and the other person can hear me at a distance but I can't hear them. For some reason, in the case, the headset thinks it's on your head. I also found the control buttons cumbersome and took some time to get used to their placement without pulling the headset off and searching for them.
I am quite pleased with the accessories the headset comes with. Not only a bluetooth dongle but a desktop charger, a wall charger and an attachment to connect to a mini usb male cable for connection to a computer.
I haven't connected the phone to my tablet yet but that is coming soon. This is a excellent product however, there are a few minor problems that prevents a 5-star in my book.

This is perfect for crystal-clear voice quality on both my cell (RAZR MAXX HD) and my PC (Dell laptop). I simply plugged in USB adapter and it works in seconds without any hassle. Noise cancelling mic actually works. Better than any other bluetooth I have ever owned. Buy this product today

Comments about Plantronics Voyager Legend UC B235 Standard Wireless Headset:
I have just transitioned from an in-home land line (for 27 years) to only cell phone service. Prior to the transition I used a Plantronics CS70/HL10 set-up with great satisfaction. But I was never comfortable wearing the earpiece throughout the day. The Voyager Legend is a significant upgrade. 1. It's very light weight; I wear it all day long and sometimes I forget it's over my ear. 2. You actually hear the ring of the phone, which wasn't the case with the CS70. So, my iPhone can be anywhere in the house and I will never miss a call. 3. The voice activation is superb, the best upgrade of all. And, it works with all of the voice features of the phone (notes, reminders, setting/stopping/re-setting the timer). I even use the timer voice feature while preparing meals, even if the phone is not in the kitchen.
Sometimes, after 10 hours of charging, the voice feedback says "6 hours of battery call time". It really should be 7 hours after that much time in the charging cradle. That's my only negative, and mind you, I will never need that much call time in a single day.

Comments about Plantronics Voyager Legend UC B235 Standard Wireless Headset:
I love this headset. It works really well with my Windows Phone and with various PCs - even with Skype on a Surface RT, which kind of surprised me.
I know I could get Bluetooth working without the dongle, but I actually like the simplicity of the dongle and the "physicality" of using it (when I want to connect to a computer, I plug the dongle in - otherwise, I don't).
People on the other end of the conversation say I sound great, even when I'm outside or on a noisy train.
The sound on my end is flawless with a PC. It's very good with my phone - although I hear the background static of the call more than I expected. Most importantly, it's loud enough for me. That's been a problem for me with headsets in the past (my hearing is going).
It's very comfortable for me, also. I can leave it in for a couple of hours at a time with no issues. I like that I can still hear ambient sounds while wearing it - that's better for wearing it while NOT on a call.
It would be nice if it had call control for Skype, and I'd like to use Windows Phone's built-in voice commands instead of the device's. I doubt the former is possible, but I suspect the latter is if I update the firmware. Just haven't gotten around to it yet.
Finally, I love the case with the built-in charger. Brilliant (although I wish it would charge when I forget to turn off the headset).

As with any Bluetooth they are not 5 star perfect but, this one is close. The Voyager Legend is comfortable, great features and synced to my HTC EVO very easily. I like that it synces to your phone contacts and will annouce the name of the caller so no need to look at the caller ID. I drive a commercial truck and its very hard to keep out all the noise(unless your going to buy a full headset) but, for a enclosed truck cab or a typical motor vehicle the Voyager Legend is probably 5 stars. I highly recommed getting the case w/built-in charger.

Other sites require you to buy the headset separate from the PC Bluetooth device and charging case for this headset. I'm very impressed with the entire package. Sound quality is great on my iPhone 4S.
