Comments about Panasonic Wireless Speaker System:

The sound is pretty good, but with the unit wall-mounted and the mounting hooks they provide, the unit rattles when there's a lot of bass. I wish Panasonic would have designed it so that any contact surface with the wall was rubber cushioned to prevent vibration noise. However, if you keep the volume at 30 or below, which is good enough for a movie in a quiet room, it sounds great. However, I think the sound is slightly inferior to my Jawbone BIG Jambox, and both cost about the same.

The biggest problem is the finicky Airplay setup. At first when you get it working with your Apple TV, you think, "Hell yeah, this rocks!", but then the Airplay connection starts dropping randomly and the unit flashes red and only sometimes reconnects on its own, though I found that turning the unit off and back on again fixed the problem sometimes. I'm using this with an ASUS RT-N66U dual band router, which is supposedly one of the best on the market. After weeks of trying all kinds of things, I finally tried reserving a fixed IP address for the MAC address of the speaker, and ever since then Airplay has been much much more reliable.
