I shot this film normally as it was and found my photos lacked range. I usually shoot slide film or professional color negative film and if I want normal color photos I'll stick with them. However, if you want a easy on the pocket film that looks amazing redscaled, this is the film for you.
I metered it at ISO 12 after redscaling the film, and I find that gives the best results for my taste.

i was not overly impressed with this color print film. i had hoped for richer colors, but found them to be unexciting, overall. i'm a relative newcomer to film photography, and still experimenting to find a handful of films that capture things in an interesting or realistic manner. the images that i took with this film came out sharp, but colors were definitely not enhanced, nor even a good reproduction of what i saw. that being said, i had a couple images that surprised me.

Comments about Fujifilm CA 135-36 Fujicolor 200 Color Print Film (ISO-200):
I am still using a Nikon camera, not a digital one. I use films for color prints. I am technically a poet, a poet-artist. I make visual art with text and photography projects, among other projects.
Old cameras that use films provide a source of pleasure for me. Perhaps, these are regressive memories from the past when I grew up in a communal appartment in the former Soviet Union. My older brother used the bathroom for a darkroom at night and let me watch the developing process.
Fujicolor film is a good product for color prints. It catches maximum possibilities of light and color, giving a sharp but not a fictional image. This particular time I used the film outdoors in East Williamsburg where I share a studio with my fellow husband. I felt the light
outside was changing for the whole time when I was making pictures and the film's reaction was not what I expected. In some images it was dull and hasy. Thank you.

On a recent trip to Italy, every shot (5 rolls x 36) came out fine. Completely satisfied with Fujifilm quality. Not too contrasty, color rendition vibrant, crisp and sharp.

Comments about Fujifilm CA 135-36 Fujicolor 200 Color Print Film (ISO-200):
Film seems to produce well saturated color negatives when developed by a commercial lab. I'm going to try the c41 press kit and see what happens doing it myself. I've been using mostly the 400 speed, but am turning the light sensitivity down a notch. Usually 50 speed slide is my choice for color, or digital, this film opens up some new possibilities.

Have used this for weddings, pets and lots of family portraits. Digital is very good in many situations but can not beat film for formals. I'm heading out to do a destination wedding in The Bahamas. Bringing both cameras to capture all the events.

I have used this film in one of my two ELAN 7E's with superb results.
My first use was with a Canon EOS 300 - the prints blow digital out of the window with incredible colors and detail. The prints were made using an Italian Optical Color printer, sadly not is use anymore. The next use was in Antarctica using a Canon ELAN 7E without a failure.

Comments about Fujifilm CA 135-36 Fujicolor 200 Color Print Film (ISO-200):
I use it for daylight shooting outdoors, landscapes mostly, just hiking around and taking pictures, then scanning them on my Epson V100 scanner. It's incredibly "adequate", slightly "warm", a little grainy, with decent dynamic-range. Every now and then I get a shot with blown-out oranges and yellows. I can't complain about it for the price but for ISO200 film it's not really impressive. It might be my scanner but the film seems a bit overzealous in the reds, blue skies come out a bit washed-out shooting away from the sun, and then there's the dash of grain. On the other hand it works really well shooting into the sun.
Just goes to show that "cheap" and "great" do not necessarily go hand in hand. I wouldn't use this if I wanted super-accurate landscapes. It's too warm, too grainy and too low in DR in the reds. But it might be fine for you. For the price how can you not at least try a roll and see for yourself and certainly it's fine for just goofing around.

I used this in a cheap underwater camera I bought from B&H. It's fine for happy snaps. Also, with the plastic lens, you get some wild colors.

I use this film as a simple way to snap some shots without messing with digital mess. This is honestly the cheapest film out there and B&H is the lowest at pricing it. The film is great in my eyes and gives great depth and color.
