    Comments about Ikelite Ball Clamp:

    I've had an Ikelite housing and strobe for years now, and have the older clamps. The newer, reconstructed ones are more curved to fit around the ball-head better, but they are bulkier (more metal) as is the tightener. it works great, but if you're using an older version, I'd probably stay with it. At around $40, I expected these to be lighter and more streamlined - they aren't.
