It's a spare battery. Holds a charge well. Provides back up power for my CamRanger. Basically, it does its job.

Comments about CamRanger Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery Pack (3.7V, 2000mAh):

For a full day of shooting with the CamRanger, you will probably need a backup battery at some point. Get one now, charge it up and be ready. I found the battery in my Nikon D700 was about used up also, so glad I had a backup in my camera bag too.

Comments about CamRanger Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery Pack (3.7V, 2000mAh):

Not sure what the actual life of this fully charged battery is yet, as I just purchased the unit. I do wish the battery could be charged while not in the CamRanger though.
