So I got this with my D7100 as a package deal and I am able to fit my D7100 with either the Nikkor 70-300 lens attached and the 35mm stowed beside it, or the 35mm attached and the 70-300mm stowed beside it in the same compartment, as well as the battery charger and another small compartment for another accessory if needed (remote, extra battery etc). The 70-300 is no small lens and it fits while connected and still has enough room for another full sized lens to be stored unattached and several other small accessories. Quality is great, front zipper has enough room for a few cleaning cloths or filters, an SD card or 2, and a spare battery in the pouches, and in the zipped mesh part, I keep the lens / camera caps and a remote, and it still has room for plenty.Regarding the picture attached, while it seems like what I say above doesn't hold true from the picture, I assure you it does. The Tulip on the 70-300 is on backward for either storage mentioned above and the 35mm hood stays on no matter what. The 70-300 attached fits in at a slight angle upward and diagonally in the bag. You can wedge something under the lens portion for stability.

This came as a free be with a Nikon D610. One is supposed to put the camera into the middle of the bag with the lens down, and the screen up. This would then leave 4 compartments for additional gear. However, the hight of the dividers is quite high. With the camera in place, the lid is difficult to close, because the battery grip is simply too thick. I haven't tried with other DSLR bodies, but I guess a similar problem will occur. I now simply place the camera into the bag horizontally, but this leaves little space for additional lenses or gear.
The quality of the bag appears to be sturdy, but I reckon for most DSLR bodies it would need to be one or two cm higher, for the concept to work. I would not have purchased this bag for my camera, and recommend trying it out if it fits your camera body. If it does, it is a nice interior concept.

This bag is great. Although it can hold a lot (mine currently has two cameras and two lenses, it is quite small and compact. Which means I don't need to carry around a bulky case to have all my gear with me.

I wanted a bag that was big enough for a camera and two spare lenses. This was actually a little smaller than I thought it would be, but it fits everything I need. Seems well padded. Plenty of pocket space for batteries, filters, etc. Shoulder strap is comfortable. All around, good for taking the camera places where I'm not worried about water.

What a great bag. I had a smaller one & I needed one to carry two cameras plus have some extra room for carry on stuff to take along on a boat ride. Plenty of room for both and at a great price.

Is a nice bag, roomy, not my style of bags and I gave it to a friend, because I have 3 more bags and I don't need it...

Better than Canon camera bags. It has zippers, padded interior and a strap where you can attach this bag with a stroller/airport bag with wheels.

I got this in a package deal, and I am impressed with it. There is enough room for multiple lenses and other gear inside the padding. The case is well padded but not hard, so don't expect to pack things on top of it. The front pocket could be a little bigger, but other than that I am pleased.

Comments about Ruggard Commando 36 DSLR Shoulder Bag:

Good size, will easily accommodate my D7100 with extra lenses, flash, spare batteries, filters, and charger. Does all this without ever feeling overcrowded or cramped.

The basic design has the added advantage of passing (to the casual eye) as a soft sided lunch box when carried by hand, and therefore helps to keep you from becoming a crime target while carrying and protecting your equipment.
