The Di700 supports cameras with the capacity for wireless flash control. These functions allow for access to flash groups A to C and channels 1 to 4, allowing for more complex lighting setups. Also, manual control is always possible with the use of eight power settings from 1/1 full output to 1/128.

High-speed shutter synchronization allows the Di700 to operate with shutters at up to 1/8000 of a second. With this speed, the flash can serve as a fill light when working in bright light with a wide open aperture. Additionally, included with the unit are a stand for secure placement off-camera and a soft case for storage.

Comments about Nissin Di700 Flash for Nikon Cameras:

I dropped my Nikon SB800 and needed a flash for an upcoming shoot. The Nissin Di700 was the same price as the repair would have been for the 800 so I bought a new one. I love it!! The controls are so easy to use and there was no problem using it in commander mode or with my Phottix Strato II trigger system. A great speedlight for the price!!

Comments about Nissin Di700 Flash for Nikon Cameras:

I was excited to get this flash. I loved the way they set up the controls on it. When I received it however I realized I could not use it as a master. No big deal. I figure for the price I can still use it on camera or as a slave. After using this flash however I found that I wasn't satisfied with it. I will just save my money and get a Nikon flash for my Nikon camera. The Nissin Di700 seemed to shoot dark and then too bright and I wouldn't change anything.... Maybe I just got a weird flash, I don't know? I have been using a Nikon SB800 before I used the Nissin Di700 and never had this problem with the Nikon. I don't know if its because its a 3rd party flash or what but I would save my money and get a Nikon flash if I were you.
