Full HD 1080p
Sharper more detailed projection with 1920 x 1080p pixels, perfect for watching Blu-ray movies without downscaling or compression.
Full 3D
Using the inherent speed of DLP technology, The HD25e Full 3D projector can display true 3D content from almost any 3D display device, including 3D Blu-ray, PS3, Xbox and Sky3D (glasses required)
Dynamic Black
Dynamic black smoothly adjusts the lamp output automatically, based on the brightness information of each frame to create a 20,000:1 contrast ratio. Bright scenes are crisp and clear, while dark scenes remain detailed with deep blacks which provide exceptional light and shade detail.
BrilliantColor Technology
The HD25e incorporates BrilliantColor multi-color processing technology to bring vibrant color to your screen. You can even fine tune colors for ultimate precision.
Color Guarantee
Optoma is so confident that the HD25e image color quality will remain as good as the day you bought it that they guarantee the color for five years.
24p
Most movies are shot at 24 frames per second. To preserve the purity of the original image the HD25e can accept High Definition sources at 24 fps and display movies exactly as the director intended.
DLP Technology
Unlike competing technologies, DLP from Texas instruments uses millions of tiny mirrors to maximize the available light output and high contrast while the inherit speed completely eliminates crosstalk.
3D Projection
It is a widely accepted fact that the bigger the image, the greater the 3D effect - for the best results it is essential to fill your field of vision, without having to be too close to the screen. Even a huge 50" TV can only create a window on the 3D world, whereas the immersion created by a massive 150" projection screen makes you feel like you are part of the action.
3D Movies, Sports & Gaming
With Blu-ray 3D, you can enjoy the same 3D cinema experience at home in Full HD 1080p resolution. Plus, you can also enjoy 3D sports and 3D gaming thanks to the projector's impeccable response time.
Powerful Audio
Complete your home cinema experience with the powerful on-board 10W speaker. Offering exceptional sound quality the HD25e is easy to set up without the need for costly external speakers.
Long Lamp Life
The lamp technology incorporated into the HD25e extends lamp life up to 6000 hours. If you watch a two hour movie every day, the lamp will last for over eight years.
Optional ZF2100 3D Glasses System
Developed in parallel with Optoma's Full 3D projectors, the ZF2100 system and 3D glasses are optimized to provide you with higher contrast and brighter images, while eliminating tedious issues with emitter placement, limited range and potential interference commonly experienced when using IR technology. The ZF2100 3D glasses are also fully rechargeable.

Comments about Optoma Technology HD25e Full HD 1080p DLP 3D Projector:

For the past week i´ve been searching for the right projector for my livingroom. I borrowed a vivitek d968u-wt, but I found the standard setting very dull and there was some rainbow artifacts in bright scenes. I would say that´s not a home cinema projector. So today I went out and bought the Optoma HD25e and a 125" screen and WOW! What a picture! And what a good choice I made. The standard settings give a very nice pic, I just adjusted it a bit. Later on I will get it fully calibrated - but for now, it looks very very good! Absolutely NO rainbow effect, stunning bright colors. Now this is only been few hours since I got it, but menu is pretty easy and it was up and running within minutes. So this far i hsve nothing negative to say about it.

Comments about Optoma Technology HD25e Full HD 1080p DLP 3D Projector:

I purchased the Optoma HD25e projector for home use. Since I don't have a home theater room I use a portable screen with the projector in my family room. The brightness, color, and clarity from the Optoma HD25e are very pleasing, even in my family room without full darkness. The projector is easy to use, is fairly quiet, and displays Blu-Ray images beautifully. I am very pleased with the Optoma HD25e and expect to enjoy it for many years to come.

Comments about Optoma Technology HD25e Full HD 1080p DLP 3D Projector:

Have mine at the back of my game room appx. 20ft from projection wall. Projected onto regular off white paint. Takes up the whole wall. Bright enough to watch in the day, even in Eco-mode. Great colors. Wish it had adjustable feet to change angle so I don't have to stick something under the back to point it downward or upward. Awesome!

Comments about Optoma Technology HD25e Full HD 1080p DLP 3D Projector:

As a documentary filmmaker, I needed a consistent way to present my work to small groups of people involved in the project. This projector has very good color reproduction, especially in the "Reference" mode. I love the sharp image and the great contrast. It is lightweight and easy to carry to other locations. The bulb is bright enough to use in the daytime, but has an economy setting for evening and less color critical use.

Comments about Optoma Technology HD25e Full HD 1080p DLP 3D Projector:

Very happy with this purchase. Based on my findings the quality of modern projectors and their included capabilities has significantly improved an are now more accessible. I decided to purchase a projector a year ago and have spent the last year researching the best choice for us. This projector includes a lot of modern enhancements. Superior brightness for a device within it's price bracket, huge contrast ratio, very definite colors and a vast color range, excellent clarity, amazing dimension and depth for 3D viewing. Some scenes in various 3D blu-ray movies look like the image extends more than a kilometer behind the wall we are projecting it on. I thought 3d TVs looked impressive... well imagine trippleing the image size on those whilst keeping the same colorful clarity and brightly lit picture then you might start to realise how much 3d depth a 4 meter wide picture can appear to have.

A great range of convenient features: Its quiet, very simple to install automatically detects power and frequency source (ours is 240volts 50Hz), compatible with a VESA port RF emitter adapter (if you have one) as well as built in DLP link, can handle 3D frame packed images as well as process half side-by-side on the fly, can play YouTube videos in 3d on the fly if used in conjunction with a 3D blu-ray player which includes certain functionality. I spent some time researching the Optoma range and each product's included features and I wasn't let down with this purchase. It delivered all it promised and more, and after using it for a month now it still isn't ceasing to impress us or our guests.

Giving 5 stars because: for the price and experience of using this, I could not fault or complain about anything.

Comments about Optoma Technology HD25e Full HD 1080p DLP 3D Projector:

I have 3 weeks with my Optoma HD25e in Home, is very easy to use it. This projector has very good image and color saturation , uniform focus, tone is adecuate, all this with default presets. Quality, contrast and definition depends in part on kind of Blu-ray disk. Blacks are very good. Noise really imperceptible.I have not used 3D yet.
The cage is not well ensambled, it cracks, I think a minor problem.
          Overall I am satisfied

Comments about Optoma Technology HD25e Full HD 1080p DLP 3D Projector:

I was torn between this or the HD25-LV. Ambient light is a huge issue in my living room and i wanted to watch tv/football during the day without issue. So of course I needed a high lumen output projector. I was initially afraid to get the 25e due to the lower lumen output but this did not disappoint. Cheaper bulb (compared to the LV) lower price and great product. I do not have a LV to compare this to but if ambient light is a issue this projector will give you plenty of brightness. I am even able to run it in eco mode with 3 window shades open! Fantastic by, dont pass it up!
