This elegant speaker was designed for both professional and entertainment enthusiasts with the capability to deliver a full, clear, and tight sound response. The high and low-frequency drivers are manufactured with Infinity's Ceramic Metal Matrix Diaphragm (CMMD) technology. This adds unsurpassed rigidity and strength to the dual Maximum Radiating Surface (MRS) flat panel woofers and 1" dome tweeter.

In addition, this 2-way speaker offers great features such as precision dividing networks, well-braced enclosures, 150W of peak power, and a full range of audio frequencies to complement a variety of your audio selections. Its stylish design will complement the newest flat-screen Plasma and LCD TVs in your home audio set-up. If you want a unified, high-end, well-constructed floorstanding speaker, look no further than the Cascade Model 9.

• Ceramic Metal Matrix Diaphragm (CMMD): The low-frequency and high-frequency drivers incorporate Infinity's CMMD technology. CMMD is constructed of a ceramic compound (alumina), which is 3 times as rigid as titanium, and 85 times more rigid than felted paper. This unique design is capable of eliminating unwanted tonal resonances in the signal path. The end result is a full, clear, tight reproduction of low and high frequencies.

• Maximum Radiating Surface (MRS): This unique speaker features Maximum Radiating Surface (MRS) flat panel driver technology. With more than six times the voice-coil contact of a typical cone transducer, this technology enables an increased dynamic range, resulting in a crystal clear audio reproduction with reduced tonal distortion.

• 2-Way Speaker Design: Due to its 2-way speaker design and quality cabinetry, this speaker reproduces a full-range of frequencies and lifelike imaging.

• Frequency Response: With a frequency response of 80Hz - 20KHz, this speaker reproduces a full sound range from deep bass tones to ultra-high frequencies.

• Outstanding Audio Output: This speaker offers 10 - 150W of power, 1500Hz crossover frequency at 24dB/octave, and 87dB sensitivity.

• Durable Connectivity: This speaker features five-way binding posts, providing a very secure speaker wire connection, and easy set-up.
