• HDMI x3 1080p/24Hz Deep Color Inputs: If you're looking to pump high-definition DVD playback into your HD displays or projectors, this receiver will do the job. It has a high-bandwidth processor capable of transferring 1080p through the HDMI (v 1.3) output; this technology ensures Blu-ray video compatibility.

• High Current Power Supply (H.C.P.S.): It features a Massive High Power Transformer for audio and video processing, which shields out unwanted magnetic fields. Built with over-sized capacitors capable of delivering breathtaking headroom, with an outstanding audio signal-to-noise.

• Exceptional Digital Surround-Sound: It offers built-in Dolby Digital, Dolby Pro Logic IIx, DTS, DTS-ES, DTS Neo:6, and DTS 96/24 decoders capable of advanced 24-bit processing with an outstanding frequency response. The dynamic range of this system is so well balanced and matched, that the center, front and rear channels blend effortlessly into a surreal home theater experience.

• Audyssey 2EQ Room Correction: For enhanced room acoustics, Onkyo's Audyssey 2EQ technology is included with this unit. Audyssey 2EQ is designed to work with home theater systems to create a larger, fuller listening area without distorting the sound.

• Audyssey Dynamic EQ: When the output volume is adjusted, this feature selects the best possible frequency response and surround sound levels with minimal audio distortion.

• iPod Connectivity: Remote Interactive (RI) capability enables you to simply connect your iPod to your receiver through Onkyo's RI Dock option for the iPod (DS-A2, DS-A2X). Your iPod effectively becomes another Onkyo component flowing through the system.

• CinemaFILTER Technology: Onkyo's proprietary CinemaFILTER restores the correct tonal balance to movie soundtracks that can otherwise be edgy and bright when played back over home audio equipment - this is because film soundtracks are designed to be played back in large theaters, using commercial equipment.

• Theater-Dimensional Circuitry: With this mode you can enjoy a virtual 5.1 surround sound even with only 2 or 3 speakers. This is achieved by controlling how sounds reach your left and right ears. The listening angle can be set at either 20° or 40°.

• Component Video and Digital Audio Inputs: Featuring (2) component video inputs for high-resolution low-distortion video reproduction, and (2) optical/(1) coaxial digital audio inputs for high quality audio reproduction.

• Front-Panel Portable Audio Jack: A convenient front-panel mini-jack input offers the ability to easily connect your iPod, MP3 or other portable audio devices.

• 5.1-Channel Speaker System: The center channel speaker, (2) front satellite speakers, and (2) rear surround satellite speakers provide the soundstage, plus an 8" down-firing (130W) subwoofer provides the impact for the low frequencies. Reproducing a full range of audio frequencies to complement your audio selections, you can finally watch your favorite movies come alive with the HT-S3200.
Also, its stylish design will complement the newest flat-screen Plasma and LCD TVs in your home theater set-up.

• Built-In AM/FM Tuner: Enjoy your favorite radio broadcasts with surround sound processing, with the built-in AM/FM wide-band tuner.

• Magnetically Shielded: The (2) front satellite and center speakers are magnetically shielded to prevent picture interference when placed near your TV or display.

• Color-Coding System: Onkyo takes the guesswork out of the speaker installation process with an easy-to-use surround-sound channel color-coding system.
