The Jobo 2500 Series Processing Tanks are used for roll film and 4x5" sheet film. The 2553 holds up to five 35mm film reels.
They are not designed for traditional inversion (hand) processing because they would use too much chemistry if they weren't used horizontally.
The 2500 series tanks are designed to be used with Jobo rotary processors (or at the very least on a Jobo Roller Base).
There are both manual (semi-automatic) versions available for home use, or fully automatic versions available for business use.
