From DPA, this Nearfield Frequency Altering Grid Grid mounts to the DPA 4003, 4006, 3503, 3506, 4051, 4052 and 4053 microphone capsules. The grid is designed to provide a neutral frequency response across the audio range from 10Hz to 20kHz (+/- 2 dB) at close proximity to the sound source.
