The Swarovski CT-101 Carbon-Fiber Tripod is a lightweight durable tripod, offering superior strength and specifications while being one third lighter than its' similar conventional aluminum counterparts. This durable and versatile tripod has 3-positions of leg spread for normal, semi-low and low angle shooting.
The FH101 is a fluid head designed to be used with any spotting scope, and offers positive fluid movement with smooth control through 360° pan and +90 to -90° tilt. Considering its weight, precision and load capacity, it is likely the ideal head for any spotting scope. The included quick release plate can be attached to any device with a 1/4"-20 threaded tripod socket, but with Swarovski's current 65mm & 80mm ATS & STS series of spotting scopes (as well as both of their current binocular tripod adapters) this is not necessary to use at all. The tripod foot of these devices fits directly into the FH101's quick release assembly.
