The Digital Board stores notes in color so you can save, print, or e-mail them in a variety of common formats: ESB, JPEG, TIFF, HTML, PDF, vector PDF, BMP 256 color, WBD, PowerPoint (PPT and PPS) and metafile (EMF). The Board connects to your Windows PC via standard USB cable.
Compatible with Standard Presentation and Conferencing Software
The Digital Board integrates with Microsoft NetMeeting/LiveMeeting software to share your presentations with remote, worldwide audiences.
Interact with Your Computer and the Internet
When connected to a web-enabled PC and a digital projector, you can display images posted on-line and annotate them with the Digital Pen. You can also mark up PowerPoint slides and save your changes. The playback feature lets you review saved notes, including erased items.
Import and Modify Documents
The Digital Board can interact with, annotate, and save files from many standard applications including PPT, BMP, GIF, JPEG, ICO, EMF, WMF, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word (DOC and RTF), and Clipboard files.
Digital Pen Control
Control both computer and Board functions with the included Digital Presentation Pen. Use it to control your mouse. Touch quick access buttons to page forward or back, create a new page, calibrate the device, access the Image Gallery, or control the interactive tool bar. The Pen has a comfortable tip that feels natural when writing.
Optional Ink Pen Interface
With your projector off, you can still record notes written with actual ink if you buy Digital Pen Sleeves for your dry erase markers. Buy separate sleeves for different-color pens to capture in color. (When using standard pens, you can't interact with a computer display or show erased screens.)
Interactive Tool Bar
An interactive tool bar on the left edge of the Board gives access to save, highlight, and special mouse features; making it easy to point and click without running back to your computer. Dedicated buttons also let you page forward or back, create a new page, calibrate the device, or access an Image Gallery.
Clip Art and Integrated Graphics
The bundled Image Gallery has over 2700 images and backgrounds you can use to spruce up your presentations and serve as memory aids. You can also copy and paste images from other programs.
