The Sony RMS1AM Remote Commander is a wired remote control compatible with Sony Alpha series SLR cameras and Minolta Maxxum series cameras. The RMS1AM provides a simple shutter release, as well as a shutter lock for taking long exposure images. It greatly reduces the risk of causing camera-shake during exposure.
