This Viewsonic 2-Year Extended Express Exchange Service extends the Express Exchange service for the second and third year of the warranty on PJ4 and PJ5 series projectors. With Viewsonic's Express Exchange Service program, you are guaranteed a replacement unit shipped to your registered location within 48 hours of your call.
Calls must be received by 12:00 p.m., Pacific time. Saturdays, Sundays and major U.S and Canadian holidays excluded. Delivery in certain areas may be delayed due to the shipper's practices. Once you are enrolled in the program, there's no limit to the number of times you can use the Express Exchange Service option.
