The Manfrotto 410PL Quick Release Plate is a low profile plate that is larger than Manfrotto's standard RC2 system's plate. It comes supplied with both 1/4"-20 and 3/8" threaded screws, and its screw travels along a 2" grooved slot, to better accommodate professional cameras of different dimensions.
