The DVDO Edge from DVDO is an advanced video processor and audio-video hub. It is designed to accept various input resolutions and formats and translate them to output resolutions ranging from VGA to 1080p. As a hub, this unit can provide audio-video switching that eliminates lip sync and allows you to access any source signal on one display. The unit includes a number of other processing features that help maintain signal integrity, including but not limited to de-interlacing and sharpness controls.

• Video Processor: Use this unit to achieve high-quality video from all interlaced sources, including most cable satellite and over-the-air broadcasts.

• Scaling: It offers precision scaling up to 1080p for use with your HDTV.

• Mosquito Noise Reduction: This unit reduces compression artifacts in digitally compressed signals such as cable, satellite, and internet-based video.

• Detail & Edge Enhancement: Controls allow you to adjust the sharpness of the picture to your taste.

• PReP: Proprietary Progressive ReProcessing (PReP) technology improves the quality of improperly processed video from sources such as DVD & Blu-Ray players or cable & satellite boxes.

• AV LipSync: The unit's LipSync feature can be used to eliminate the common delay between audio and video.

• Zoom Controls: Separate horizontal and vertical zoom controls help eliminate black bars on your screen.

• Gaming: Special low-latency processing modes allow game consoles to be connected to your HDTV without compromising game play.

• Control: A backlit, pre-programmed & learning remote that can control up to (7) devices is included with this unit, although the unit can also be managed through an onscreen display.
