The Mamiya SCA3951 Adapter is specific for use with the Mamiya 645 AF body. It is designed to be used with the Metz SCA3000 System strobe.

Use of an SCA300 System strobe requires the separately available SCA3000 converter

If an older model Metz handle-mount flash is used (non-AF), and you want to maintain use of the autofocus sensor capability of the flash, a Metz SCA3000C adapter is required (Metz #5592)
