Neumann's WKD-KD Windscreen is specifically designed for two miniature microphones such as Neumann's KM 120 and KM 140 and to be used with the elastic suspension DA-KM. When the wind noise attenuation was measured without electrical filtering in a turbulent air stream traveling at 20 km/h, generated by a noiseless wind machine, the wind noise attenuation was measured at 24 dB and regular attenuation at 15 kHz 2 dB.
