The VP400 Copystand from Bencher is the ultimate in heavy duty performance. Ideal for heavy video and large format still photography cameras, the five foot extruded aluminum column easily supports cameras weighing up to 40 pounds. Exceptional stability is maintained as the extruded camera carriage travels along the column, supported by eight Nylatron rollers.

Each precise camera positioning is assured by adjustable counterbalancing, rack and pinion drive and firm support of the oversized (7x10") camera plate by four machined steel shafts. Dual mounting screws, both 3/8" and 1/4", provide for camera safety and stability, while Bencher's exclusive dual brake pads offer secure, non-shift braking to lock the carriage in any position.
