The Kata MC-61 GDC Multi Case is a 1680 and 840 ballistic nylon, multi-purpose photo or video shoulder bag. It is designed to carry and protect a small DV camcorder and accessories, 1-2 SLR camera bodies with lenses attached, additional lenses, flash and accessories or a Medium Format camera body, lenses and accessories. There is a back laptop storage pocket that fits small laptops with mouse, cables etc. The MC-61 is protected by the TST system and the well padded sides of the bag. The case has 6 openings that allow separate access to camera, laptop and accessories. It can be transported by a BSS "B" shaped shoulder strap, "Click" interlocking handles or the optional DTS Insertrolley.

TST (Thermo-Shield-Technology) protects the equipment while creating an extremely light product. The outer surface of the TST is thermo-formed in a protective "ribshape" construction. It is a double cord, water and dust proof, high tenacity and abrasion-resistance fabric. Underneath is a cross-linked, closed cell PE+EVA shield that provides insulation from cold, heat and moisture as well protection from impact and shock

Modi-Vers System allows the creation of compartments that can customize the case. The divider can be cut with scissors to any desired size. Each divider can be attached another divider or the walls of the bag with a touch fastener connector

Yelloop interior is bright yellow, so that the contents can be viewed with ease

Filter sleeve connector is a strap-connector that allows the addition of as many optional Kata Filter Sleeves as necessary
