From Applied Microphone Technologies (AMT), the P800 trumpet microphone is unique in design and function. The microphone mounts to the trumpet and features 2 cardioid microphone elements, each attached to flexible goosenecks. The elements are designed to be positioned at the bell and keys of the trumpet. The dual miking technique results in a natural, authentic reproduction of the instruments mechanics as well as the sound produced from the bell. |
