Product Information

The AMT M51 Studio is a professional bass drum microphone system that combines the M51 microphone with the AP40 amplifier. The AMT M51 microphone is an ultra-miniature microphone with an extended low frequency response suitable for kick drums. The microphone's unique design enables it to be placed flat inside a kick drum or any other surface. The AP40 amplifier converts the microphones to low impedance, regulates the voltage to each microphone, and with certain models creates a specific frequency curve. The combination results in pristine reproduction of kick drums in recording applications and sound reinforcement applications.

Features

• AP40 Preamplifier

The AP40 preamplifier converts to low impedance and creates a specific frequency curve.

• High SPL Handling

The system provides high SPL handling, minimizing noise while capturing transient peaks.

• Cardioid Polar Pattern

The cardioid polar pattern minimizes off-axis noise and audio.
