The Datavideo DVK-100 is a two camera live chroma keyer. It has many advanced features which can give excellent results even from less than perfect Chroma Key setups. This device features proc-amp adjustments, NTSC/PAL Capability and 3 types of keying.

• Color Processing Adjustments

The Color Processor Adjustments allow color saturation, brightness, contrast and tint (NTSC only) to be adjusted for both the foreground (Cam-1 / Cam-2) and background images.

• Keying Options

Green, Blue and Luma are the three keying options available. With the Chroma Key button switched on, the user can select the keying option to suit their needs.

• Operation

This unit operates by utilizing two camera inputs with keying backgrounds (green, blue, black, white) and mixing it with the Background input featuring a pre-recorded tape from a VTR or a Still from capture.

• Remote Capabilities

Full remote capabilities can be utilized via RS-232 on a 9-Pin connection; simple camera switching can be accomplished via the GPI input featuring a closed contact.

• Dual Camera Input

This keyer has the ability to select from either of the two camera inputs.

• Multiple Systems

This keyer can operate and process video in the NTSC or PAL television system.

• Portable Capabilities

Because of 12 VDC operation this keyer can operate in many portable production situations.

• Synchronized Signals

Two full frame TBCs enable this keyer to output a clean and synchronized signal.
