The Kata WS-606 GDC Large Reporter Shoulder Case is a waist/shoulder Bag for the digital /pro photographer on the go. The main compartment, the 3 large pockets, 4 flat pockets and the tying loops will store 2-4 Digital or film SLR bodies, 6-10 lenses and accessories or a DV camcorder such as a Sony FX1, Panasonic HVX200, JVC DV300 or similar size camcorders and accessories. It is ergonomically designed to allow you to "shoot from the hip" without taking the case off your shoulder. It has a contoured shape for a closer to the body center of gravity and 2 DP (Dual Use Aluminum) buckles ensure correct case to strap to carrier angle.

The WS-606 has an ergonomic BSS "B" shaped shoulder strap and opens away from the body by a quick release buckle. There is a 3D hip pad with a removable concealed hip belt for additional support and weight distribution. It can also be used as a connection point for the DTS Insertrolley. There are three dividers and a Modi-Vers kit supplied with the case, if additional division is necessary Modi-Vers Kits are available.

Toblerone shock absorbers are made from synthetic thermo-rubber that absorbs shocks and protects the case from abrasion, dirt, mud and standing water.

The interior of the bag is made of a loop fabric called Yelloop to which you can attach the Modi-Vers dividers. It is a bright yellow material, so that the contents can be viewed with ease.

The Modi-Vers System allows you to create compartments that meet your requirements. The divider can be cut with scissors to any desired size. You can attach the newly cut divider to another divider or the walls of the bag with a special Touch Fastener connector.

TST (Thermo-Shield-Technology) protects the digital equipment while creating an extremely light product. The outer surface of the TST is thermo-formed in a protective "ribshape" construction. It is a double cord, water and dust proof, high tenacity and abrasion-resistance fabric. Underneath is a cross-linked, closed cell PE+EVA shield that provides insulation from cold, heat and moisture as well protection from impact and shock.

The shoulder strap attaches to the case via a Dual-use Aluminum Buckle, this rugged yet lightweight buckle, which accepts either a quick-release hook or the strap itself. Either option ensures that the strap will cross the shoulder at the optimal angle for comfort and stability.
