This Intova IC500 Underwater Digital Camera is really a kit that includes a 5.0 mega-pixel digital camera and underwater housing. With this kit you can take photographs as you explore the ocean world both above and below the surface. This easy to use camera is good to depths of up to 130' (40 m). Of course it is also ideal for taking worry-free pictures in the rain, at the beach, or on the ski slopes. The camera features a 2.5" LCD display. This makes composing your photos easy and fun.

The camera flash can be used to take underwater photos, but an external strobe is recommended to improve color and reducing the illumination of particles suspended in the water. The Pixtreme Flash Set is the perfect flash to use with this camera. Another alternative is to shoot available light with the color correction filter included in the Pixtreme Lens Kit. The camera housing allows access to all camera functions.

Included with the camera is the Snap Sights Waterproof Torch SSPT1. This is a practical and convenient dive light that has a bright 0.5W LED diode . You could use it to look under ledges and to restore natural color underwater. The light is also perfect for night dives. It is submersible to 100' (30 m). The torch has a convenient twist on/ off switch. Its compact size allows you to easily carry in in your BC pocket.
