The Gitzo GT2541EX 6X Carbon Fiber Tripod Legs with GH2750QR Off-Center Magnesium Ballhead is a 4-section tripod that uses advanced "Carbon 6X" carbon fiber material for its leg construction. This improved tubing is stronger, lighter and as resistant as its 12 layer predecessor. Carbon "6X" is manufactured using a complex, 3-D process weaving 6 layers of carbon fiber into smooth, solid constructed tubes.

The GH2750 Series 2 Off Center Magnesium Ballhead features completely redesigned and re-engineered internal components and mechanisms. The weight has been reduced by 15-17%, and new Gitzo technologies have been introduced. Exceptionally smooth rotation, positive locking, and rapid camera mounting are all features common to the Gitzo designed range of ballheads.
