This Blue2CAN / Holux Bundle combines two popular devices to create the ultimate wireless geotagging bundle. With the tiny Red Hen Systems Blue2CAN Bluetooth adapter, the durable Holux M-241 GPS receiver can transmit geospatial GPS data to a compatible Nikon of Fujifilm digital SLR camera. With this package, GPS coordinates are saved to an image file at the time of exposure. Utilizing Bluetooth allows the GPS receiver to be placed at a greater distance from the camera in order to obtain a better signal from the GPS satellites orbiting above and avoids creating another cord for a user to become entangled in. When pairing these devices, make sure the Holux receiver is set to output NMEA data for the Blue2CAN to pass to the camera. |
