The Chimera Micro Bank softboxes are designed for the film and video industry to produce high quality illumination for "interview format" shoots. Their 5x7" (12x18cm) front face dimension and a choice of diffusion screen strengths makes them ideal for lighting people.

These softboxes are designed for on-camera video camcorders of a fairly large size, or for attachment on a film camera. Attachment is usually done via the accessory shoe of the camera, usually found on the handle. Each softbox comes with the appropriate hardware for mounting to the camera end.

This softbox includes a dedicated Speed Ring for the Sachtler Reporter 50H.

Will produce a fairly hard quality of light unless you are very close to the subject.

Rectangular catch-light noticable in subjects' eyes at close distances.
