Comments about MultiCart Rock 'N Roller Max Cart:
I worked for a company that did school portraits and we used this exact model of the multicarts. They are such valuable piece of equipment. For spring pictures we had 4 cases loaded with equipment such as a computer(toughbook) lights, powerpack, camera, camera stand as well as two lightstand bags and our background. These cart where loaded so heavy that you could barely push the cart. So we where very thankful to have these instead of trying to lug equipment all over schools.
As far a build quality we never had any issue with our carts and we where really hard on them and they never once gave us any trouble except for the tires. I believe the issue with the tires was caused by our overloading the cart, but all that was needed was to pump them up and they where good to go.
My only complaint with this model is the little wheels on the front, we had alot of trouble getting over some doorways and sidewalks. The big tires would roll over anything but the little wheels would often get caught on the littlest of bumps. My preference would be the R12, it's a bit more in price but you won't have the issue with getting over bumps but of course all that is needed is to just pick up the end with the little wheels and your over the bump.
If you do alot of location shooting and get tired of making multiple trips to you car to fetch equipment, save yourself some trouble and invest in one of these carts and reduce your setup time by half.

I was sorry to see a poor review of such a fine cart! I bought mine about 6 months ago and could not be happier! I've been taking school pictures for 28 years and have bought many carts costing as much as $300. NONE have performed as well as this cart!!! I have a Pelican 1660 & a 1610 that weigh 75lb and 50lbs. With my other equipment the total is well over 200lbs! This cart folds to a size smaller than any other that will hold a load as big as mine. Form does follow function with this cart and it is designed not to be "pretty" but to work for someone like me who uses it day in and day out. It did take getting used to with some of the unique features like the steel cable release to lock/unlock the folding bars. But at the end of the day, if you want a well made cart that will last, one that can take heavy loads, one that is versatile, one that is a great value for the money... MultiCart is THE way to go.

I am disappointed with the craftsmanship of my Multicart. The frame was hastily painted with areas covered by only a thin layer and other areas that are missing paint altogether. The two adhesive padding strips were coming off due to the fact the paper backing was not entirely removed. The cart itself is also not as sturdy as I originally believed, but if the assembly workers in the assembly plant were replaced with workers who actually care, it would be a decent cart!
