With its high intensity #2 Reflector & Prismatic Glass, the tiny focusable Lowel Pro-Light is more efficient than a mini-fresnel of equal wattage, yet it gives an exquisite even light, with fresnel like shadow quality. The Lowel Four Leaf Barndoor Set for the Pro and i-Lights consists of a Barndoor Frame with four expandable clip-on Leaves. The frame accepts swing-in accessories, and rotates 360°.

Barndoors narrow the beam spread of a light fixture. They help create a three-dimensional look to a lighting scheme by placing light in a specific area, or by keeping it away. The more leaves a barndoor set has, or the longer the leaves the more precisely the beam can be controlled.

Powerful enough to light a small room yet small enough to fit in a large pocket, the Lowel V-Light can be used as a broad key-light, a fill-light (with an umbrella or diffusion gel), a back-light, or a background light. It's also excellent for copy work.

When fitted with a GDA 500 watt 120 volt bulb, this V-Light will emit a beam of 34 footcandles, with the barndoors @ normal position, and 25 footcandles with the barndoors @ 180° position, from a distance of 10 ft (3m).

Although this fixture is supplied for use with 120 AC voltage, it can function with 220-240 voltage, with the appropriate optional bulb, and adapter plug, available separately. Check the Accessories window of this item.

The Lowel Rifa-Lite EX44 is a compact self-contained 16 x 16", 250 watt collapsible, tungsten/halogen softlight. It uses the unique umbrella-like Rifa design which allows set-up in 60 seconds or less. Bathe almost anything, from talking heads to table-top stills in luxurious soft light.
