The Hitech filter system is a versatile system designed for use by professional photographers working with large, medium or small formats. This is the wide-angle holder and is intended for use with extra wide-angle lenses or for when extensive movements are applied to large format cameras. This version offers two slots for 100mm wide x 1.5mm thick filters and has no front accessory ring.
The standard Hitech filter holder (B&H Catalog# HIFH44) will accommodate up to three slide-in filters 100mm wide x 1.5mm thick. A large 105mm threaded mounting ring on the front of the holder accepts high-quality glass screw-in filters and lens hoods.
A third holder (B&H Catalog# HIFH44Q) is available for special situations. It has one filter slot for 100mm wide x 1.5mm thick filters and the 105mm threaded front ring.
Adapter rings are available from 49-105mm, Bayonet sizes, adapters for mounting the holders on the rear elements of view camera lenses, and special wide-angle adapters.

Quickly attaches to my lense and holds appropriate filters. Can be easily changed from portrait to landscape aspects. Would buy again.

Comments about Hitech 4x4" Filter Holder (MK4) - TWO Slots - for Wide Angle Lenses (Requires Adapter Ring):
This is really a nice piece of gear. Very similar and of equal quality to the hard to get Lee version. I have been using it with a full frame 16mm with no vignetting. Well built and nicely engineered. Prior to this I was using a Hitech holder for the Conkin P series filters which vignetted with a 18mm. This is much better designed and screws on so the rear most filter is almost touching the lens front. If you like to use split neutral grad filters for wide angle photography this is a must have.

Comments about Hitech 4x4" Filter Holder (MK4) - TWO Slots - for Wide Angle Lenses (Requires Adapter Ring):
I used to hand-hold my graduated ND filters in front of my lens and finally got round to purchasing the dedicated holder. The construction is top notch and the tightening screw works well.
So much more convenient than holding the filters and getting grubby fingermarks over them, however at a price.
