This Nimar Underwater Housing and Camera Body Kit
from B&H Photo
bundles the Nimar NID7100 Underwater Housing with Nikon's D7100 DSLR Camera body, enabling you to shoot beneath the surface at a maximum depth of 197'. The housing's mechanical controls afford access to all essential camera functions, including on/off, metering, aperture, exposure compensation, photo, record video, flash, mode dial, main command dial, white balance / info, live view, ISO, multi-selector, OK, play and menu.
Built for durability, the housing is constructed from corrosion-resistant Makrolon polycarbonate, which is clear to allow you to monitor the o-ring seal and camera. A lens port is required and available separately. Interchangeable ports fit various wide-angle, macro, zoom and fisheye lenses. Additionally, a moisture alarm alerts you to a breach in the housing's waterproof seal. The TTL 5-pin external flash bulkhead connector enables the attachment of optional strobes.
Nikon's D7100 DSLR Camera body is a compact model featuring a 24.1MP DX-format CMOS sensor and EXPEED 3 image processor for high-resolution photos, Full HD 1080p video capture, continuous 24MP shots at 6 fps, and outstanding low-light sensitivity to ISO 25600. The lack of an optical low-pass filter maximizes resolution for exceptionally sharp details. Benefit from a 51-point autofocus area with 15 cross-type sensors for detecting both vertical and horizontal variations to achieve fast, precise focus. Additionally, the camera offers a 3.2", 1229k-dot LCD monitor and an optical viewfinder. It is configured with the Nikon F lens mount, accepting all NIKKOR F mount lenses, which are available separately.
