Comments about General Brand 46mm Screw-In Metal Lens Cap:

I needed a threaded lens cap to protect both the lens and filters mounted to my DJI Phantom 2 Vision Quadcopter. I became annoyed with finding that the bulk of the lens caps today are either plastic or rubber. This metal screw in Is exactly what I was looking for. There is no way to damage or scratches can occur to the lens or filters when this Is installed properly.

Great product works like it should and will not easily come off like the plastic snap on caps.

Comments about General Brand 46mm Screw-In Metal Lens Cap:

I had ordered the 46mm screw-in metal lens cap as the lens cover for a pinhole camera that I am making that allows 46mm ND filters to be mounted on the face of the camera, and let me say that this simple metal disc makes a large difference both quality and appearance compared to the standard plastic snap caps. The construction is sturdy and once the cap has no wiggle. the price is reasonable considering the quality of the product.
I have no complaints about the product.

I am in Kandahar, Afghanistan and I keep my Panasonic HDCTM700k in a holster on my side at all times. I needed a good cap that would not pop off in the holster and would keep out the dust. This cap works perfectly.

Comments about General Brand 46mm Screw-In Metal Lens Cap:

I do street photography so I frequently have my camera with me. I kept losing snap-on lens caps when I got jostled in a crowd or my camera got accidentally tapped. The metal screw-in cap solved the problem, and it is much tougher than a plastic snap-on cap. I'm in the process of replacing all my snap-on lens caps with these practical and affordable alternatives.

I got these lens caps to fit the nostalgic beauty of my Mamiya C330. I was so excited when they came in, they just completed the face of the camera! So gorgeous on my twin lens. I love these.
