There's also support for most Apple tools and applications including Apple Configurator, iPhone Configuration Utility, Apple Remote Desktop, Aperture, Compressor, Final Cut Pro, iLife, iWork, Logic Pro, MainStage, and Motion. Additionally, this AppleCare Help Desk Support plan provides support for the graphical user interface tools in OS X Server. AppleCare technician Training is also included - the Apple-approved online service certification training tool.
Please note, hardware repairs that are not covered under warranty require an extended service contract, such as the AppleCare Protection Plan.
