I first bought the 1500 with foam, however after seeing the versatility the divider set gave me in my other pelican cases, I decided to get the dividers for this case too. It was well worth the money, as it allows me to use the case in many more ways. There were plenty of pieces for any arrangement. I just wish there was more Velcro on the inside to stick things too.

I've been buying Pelikan cases for twenty years. I have over 100 cases. Until recently the quality of these padded inserts was superb and they were available in several colors, grey being my preference. Now pelikan has replaced them with these garbage folding inserts. [*] VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I love the padded dividers, they allow total customization of my boxes with ample protection for delicate equipment. The only reason for getting 4 stars and not 5 is the crazy price.

Easy to configure to fit your gear and keep it secure and protected in a Pelican case.

You can put a lot more gear in the case using the divider than you can when using pluck foam and it can be reconfigured as needed.

This is a great idea since you can grab this and use any "box" you want, maybe even build yourself a flightcase.

Theres one problem though, the dividers are poorly thought out, theres i think 10 small ones, when 6 small and 4 mediums would of been Much better.

I've had a hard time putting my camera bodies inside because of it and had to fetch other velcro pads from my lowerpro bags for it.

If thats not an issue for you, then go ahead. It protects everything nicely and is quite easy to use.

I am using this to organize my 7D, G12, GoPro and all associated equipment in my Pelican 1500 case. Works pretty well. Getting the 7D to fit properly was the trickiest part. Overall pretty good system and hold everything very snugly.

Fits nicely into Pelican case
Adequate padding
Lots of dividers, but could only long and short ones, no medium length ones - might have to sew some of the many short ones together to suit my lens configuration.

I bought the 1505 padded divider to put into a small carry on luggage for travelling overseas and it fits like a glove. Yes I know its not as protected as a proper case but instead of paying around $600.00 I paid under $200.00 for the luggage and divider. As it is going on board with me there is little chance of damaging anything plus there is room for my notebook (Bonus)

Easy to install. Great padding. Set is side dividers and bottom + foam for the top. Is a bit pricey but it is in every store.

This enabled me to fit more of my gear into my Pelican case so that now I can carry it safely and completely. Very adaptable and secure. Especially useful on canoe trips.

I use the foam for several years to protect my equipment from damage when the case was handled by someone other than myself. I now needed to convert the case to hold more lenses and the divider set was the perfect solution. Maybe not as protective of the expansive foam padding, but I handle my equipment carefully, and the padded divers are more than adequate to protect my Nikon gear.

Bought this for my dive gear(computer, camera/housing and strobe) because of the versatility in configuring it to a variety of different equipment that I have, and may change over time. This solves the problem nicely of having to cut new foam every time my gear or my needs change. The only downside is, I thought the padding could be a little thicker. I may double up in some areas of my case.

This is a great way to customize your Pelican 1500 case. I got my SLR, 4 lenses, memory card case, HDMI cable, strap, batteries and charger, rods, and Follow Focus into my Pelican 1500 case. I even have one empty slot remaining for my next lens purchase. Would not have been able to do that with the foam inserts. I also won't have to buy more foam when this case gets re-purposed once again in the near future. It's great!

Very easy to customise your own set up in a pelican case. Great if you need to add new lens and need an extra spot for them.

I purchased this to fit into my pelican case when I started to travel with my gear. Super easy to put together and configure. Protects all my stuff!

I had a very old Pelican 1500 series case with glued in dividers. After cleaning out all the old glue this new divider set put the case back in service. Perfect fit, and the Velcro style dividers can be adjusted to fit almost any equipment.

This set fits well in the 1500 case and is great to change forms for different needs. Better than foam. Does better in a damp environment. They are marginally well made.
