B+W 67mm Fog 2 (663-2) Effect Glass Filter
Pictures taken with the B&W Fog Filter appear to have been taken in a fine, bright mist. A natural fog causes lights to glow and flare. Contrast is lower, and sharpness may be affected as well. In backlit situations, there is an even stronger effect. B&W Fog filters are available in grades of 1-3, with 3 having the greatest effect.

I never have 2nd thoughts about quality when selecting B+W filters. This is one more in a fine selection of filters for capturing the image you imagine when tripping the shutter.

Does what it is supposed to at a reasonable price. Doesn't make sense to spend 140.00 for better glass that is supposed to fog the image.
