I use this lamp so much for location as interiors. After lighting the lamp, I Always give 10 minutes until it reaches his maximum temperature, and after extinguishing it, hope 10 minutes also.

We bought this lamp, but it sadly wasn't the right voltage for our unit. That would be my fault, but the one we had before put out plenty of 3200K light. We used it in an Arrilite with a Chimera. I couldn't think of a better tool for softlight for the price and scope of our project.
