The videos teach the basics of getting started with Lightroom 4 and go deeper into each of the modules for intermediate users to benefit as well.

The series begins with the format of Lightroom and how the software uses a catalog and nondestructive editing. It shows you how to maneuver through the Library module, manage your files, and deal with metadata properly. It even goes through the DNG format and how to use the Publish services. This DVD even features a few videos on the Map module introduced in Lightroom 4.

The next major portion of training is devoted to the Develop module, where most of the editing takes place. It shows you how to understand and use the module's tools, and how to make the best decisions about what to use in order to get the most out of your files. The videos also cover batch image processing and other time savers. It even goes into how you can then move into other software, like Photoshop, as part of a seamless workflow.
