This is a Pocket Wizard PC-5 Coiled - 21" to 5' PC to Miniphone Cable.
Although the Pocket Wizard system allows you to fire your strobe from your camera without a wire between the two, the receiver still needs a wire connection to your power pack or monolight.

I own 2 of these cables. I use the PC-5 Miniphone to PC cable with my PocketWizard transmitter and receiver. I mainly use it to shoot wedding receptions. As anyone who shoots weddings knows you have to be constantly ready for that perfect shoot that will never be repeated, so you don't have time to be fooling with unreliable cables and miss the shot. I attached the Cable to the PocketWizard Transmitter on my wrist and it stretches to my camera, this way the flash on my camera does not have to be taken off, just turned off or left on, depending on the shot. Meanwhile the receiver is on a light stand with a soft box and the other PC-5 miniphone cable is connected to my 580Exll flash. I Love the flexibility the coil gives me when I am shooting, it stretches up to 5 feet!! It doesn't come off easily and has kept a reliable connection with my flash and camera.

I use this product for attaching Plus II's to individual strobes on tripods. Fantastic. Actually this should be the cord that is included with the purchase of each of these units, but we wouldn't want Pocket Wizard to go broke now, would we.
Excellent construction for many years of use.

No surprises and works as expected. Can be used with the PocketWizards, or I often use it plugged directly in to one of my studio strobes to fire them directly.

This cable came just like you would expect it to be as it connects from my Pocket Wizards to my Flash. As well can connect my wizard to an on camera flash and the wizard slips right into my pant pocket. The connections on the cable are way more secure to the flash than the original cables which is a huge plus as it does not come loose. If I had any issues it would be the coil itself as it does loosen alittle but i really dont think that is of any problem as it still retains the coil to have no bearing on the product.

Super product. I bought it as a replacement to my 18" cable ( which I lost). The coiled version is longer, but actually takes less room when coiled. Solid firing and connectivity.

I use this cable to connect my camera to off camera lighting via PocketWizard. this cable gives me the ability to have an oncamera flash and a pocket wizard attached to my belt. the standard cables are just too short.

Just wish those pricey PW's came with this in the first place. A complete necessity for bracket users.
