This is a Pocket Wizard MH1 16" (40.6 cm) straight Household (twin prong) to Miniphone Cable.
Although the Pocket Wizard system allows you to fire your strobe from your camera without a wire between the two, the receiver still needs a wire connection to your power pack or monolight.

Works
It works, but as flash cords go, expensive for what it is.

I bought 2 of these cables for my Sunpak 555 flashes. They fit snug into the flash head, and are the perfect length. I don't have to worry about the cables failing, and that is exactly what I look for when I buy camera stuff.
