This is a Pocket Wizard MH3 3' straight Household (twin prong) to Miniphone Cable.
Although the Pocket Wizard system allows you to fire your strobe from your camera without a wire between the two, the receiver still needs a wire connection to your power pack, flash or monolight.

The thing works as advertised. I use them with my Paul C. Buff cybersyncs and an older novatron pack. The quality of the cord is good stuff.

A great way to conect your pocket wizard to a lumedyne head. I use my lumedyne as a second light on the dance floor at weddings. It works great.
