This is a Pocket Wizard MH10 10' straight Household (twin prong) to Miniphone Cable.
Although the Pocket Wizard system allows you to fire your strobe from your camera without a wire between the two, the receiver still needs a wire connection to your power pack or monolight.

Running dance portraits with the lighting on slave was a challenge even in the side room since the dj's strobe light kept randomly firing the lighting. Instead of the additional $150 for a Pocket Wizard to the battery I opted to go wired and have my bg lighting SB800 fired by PW's.
Not the best having a cable attached to the camera, but cost efficient.

I have a Dynalite pack with PocketWizard built in, but it wasn't triggering reliably so I bought this cord to attach a PocketWizard transceiver and now it triggers every time.

After I broke my 3' cable I decided to buy the longer cable and it works better for me. I keep it wound up and only peel off what I need when hooking it to my Pocket Wizard.
