Rosco Fluorescent Paint - White - 1 Qt.
Available in 9 brighter than normal colors which fluoresce vividly under ultraviolet lights, Fluorescent paints can create a wide range of exciting effects. They can be used to create special effects using ultraviolet Blacklight or combined with other Rosco paints to make normal colors more vibrant.
Fluorescents use the same high quality, water base, vinyl acrylic binder found in Off Broadway paints. It is suitable for use on most surfaces and for interior and exterior applications.
Try using Rosco Fluorescent paints when matching the brightest colors in the Pantone Color Matching System or to achieve astounding 3-D effects.

Comments about Rosco Fluorescent Paint - White - 1 Qt.:
Simply put I use this product for paintings. I work with it under black light conditions. I have never bothered with buying professional black lights simply because I am not lighting up a huge space such as a movie set (I don't need that much out put). I am also pretty strict on how the paints I use appear under regular lighting conditions: day light, incadecent, flourescent, CFL, LED, etc mostly because I don't want my paintings to look like garbage.If you are in search of a true Flourescent White your not going to get it. Basically it comes down to a very light blue. excellent mixture of paint easy to use and easy to clean up. I would recommend this product as long as you know what you are getting. (extremely light blue that maybe reflecting a blue tone from the lights I am using haven't done that test yet). - Michael Giust ([@])[...]
