Comments about Lowepro Topload Zoom 1 Camera Holster Bag - Black:
This is a great little bag. I bought it for a Canon 20D. It fits the camera + the kit lens. The additional zipper is super useful for things like money, mini notebooks, phone.

Comments about Lowepro Topload Zoom 1 Camera Holster Bag - Black:
This bag fits perfect for my Nikon D70s or D300s, and with either a Nikkor 18-200mm f3.5-5.6 or 17-55mm f2.8 lens attached. There is no sequeezing of parts, nor loose gaps that the camera can move about in. The interior support/divider pads are adjustable with velcro. I rarely carry anything else other than my camera when I'm out taking pictures, so this bag suites my purpose extremely well.

Great bag for when you want to take your camera but don't want to lug your entire bag. Good padding and strong construction lets me carry my Nikon D5000 without worry.

Comments about Lowepro Topload Zoom 1 Camera Holster Bag - Black:
I bought this bag with the Lowepro chest harness to use while skiing (mostly backcountry) and hiking. The Zoom 1 is just barely deep enough for my Pentax K20D with Sigma 24-70 lens (a monster), but I thought the Zoom 2 might be large enough to interfere with my movement.
This rig works very well for backcountry skiing: I don't notice it's there, even though I'm carrying a heavy body/lens combo, until a photo opportunity arises, and then it requires just seconds to get the camera out and start shooting.
The padding seems no more than adequate, and I can't comment on durability since I've only used it for a few days, but the construction seems robust enough. It's a good value.

Comments about Lowepro Topload Zoom 1 Camera Holster Bag - Black:
I used this on a recent vacation to New Orleans. It is versatile, and kept my camera accessible and protected. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a small bag to carry a DSLR. My only complaint is that is is so cavernous -- I don't travel with my zoom, so I feel the bag could've been made a bit smaller.

Comments about Lowepro Topload Zoom 1 Camera Holster Bag - Black:
This model perfectly fits my Nikon F100 body with Nikon 85mm f1.8, and the screw-in lens hood__attached.
Because I use a Lowepro shoulder bag strap, on that camera, zipping the bag closed is a bit of a nuisance. But there is a front exterior pocket to store accessories.
And this is where that large strap should be stored.
I am presently using the optional, Lowepro, chest harness to carry this bag. I don't know if that is still an available option.

Comments about Lowepro Topload Zoom 1 Camera Holster Bag - Black:
I was not sure if I wanted to purchase the premium package which included this bag. I certainly made the right choice to go with it. I did not have to decide what bag to buy, B&H took care of it for me. I would do it again if I was in the market for it.

An excellent purchase. This bag is extremely comfortable to use. The camera can be taken out of and then returned to the bag easily. Materials are strong yet lightweight and the padding is good . It is not bulky or cumbersome and can be carried the entire day without trouble.

Comments about Lowepro Topload Zoom 1 Camera Holster Bag - Black:
When I was shooting with my Rebel XT and the 28-135 lens, this bag was excellent and was my main bag for out and about shooting. The top loading was great for getting the camera out fast and keeping it safely stored. However, when I upgraded to the 40D and the 24-105 f/4L, the bag no longer fit my camera!!! The bag is very durable and well made with high quality and weather resistant nylon inside and out. I just wish it were bigger.

Comments about Lowepro Topload Zoom 1 Camera Holster Bag - Black:
I find I take a lot more pictures if I travel light. Currently I carry a D40 or D90 with a Nikon 18-200 VR about for about 90% of all photography. Either combo fits great. There is a front pocket for junk (lens rag, batteries, etc), and a couple of places to put film rolls on the bottom of the interior supports (can re-purpose for batteries or other small gear). You may be able to fit a small flash like a SB-400 in the front, but that's about it. Except to use it for medium size lens+body. It is very well padded and very well made. I have abused mine for years and it still looks brand new!

Comments about Lowepro Topload Zoom 1 Camera Holster Bag - Black:
Purchased this for Canon Rebel XSI with 18-55 lens. Camera fits in the bag well. I like the adjustable height supports. Pockets have plenty of room for day use items such as lens cleaning supplies, caps and covers etc. A slightly larger lens could be accomodated, but I am not sure if camera with battery grip would fit. Definitely not enough room for this to be used as a kit bag, but used as day use bag it works well.

Comments about Lowepro Topload Zoom 1 Camera Holster Bag - Black:
I had a Lowepro Slingshot 200AW for all of my gear. I needed a holster for those times I didn't want to lug around everything and knew exactly which lens to take with me. This was the perfect solution. It is comfortable and has more than enough room to fit my Canon EOS 40D. This is a great option for those who just want to take their walk around lens or knows what they are going to shoot so they can bring just one lens.

I like this bag so far. I bring my camera (and take pictures) more often now since the bag is pretty small and provides easy access.
It would be great if this comes with a buckle belt.

This is a good, lightwight case for hiking when you don't want to carry around multiple lenses and too many other accessories. It fits my Canon 40D with attached 28-135 mm lens (no hood), with the strap tucked to the left and underneath in an "L" shape. The front pocket is large enough to hold extra batteries, CF cards, blower brush, cloth, cleaner, and remote switch. A nice choice when you want to go light.
