The LA-148 is a 14 volt, high performance Starved Electrolyte (Lead Acid) battery. The four-pouch battery belt design is constructed of a one piece tubular panel for maximum strength, durability and weight distribution. Offers a standard female Cigarette Connector in addition to an XLR Barrel Connector for use with any four-pin XLR powered device.

Belt produces well over 14.4v on initial start-up and runs a Panasonic DVC200 for well over 3 hours.
Belt fits well and is lighter than my previous units.
DC charger via lighter socket works well but my only concern is how durable is that type of connection over the years!
