Because of back problems my backpack was killing me. So, I decided to try the vest. Glad I Did.
I fill the pockets with my filters, batteries, keys etc. then use a Tamrac modular belt with one or 2 lenses and the pressure is off my back. I throw my camera with a lens over my shoulder grab my small hiking tripod and off I go. No pressure on the shoulders or back.

I am so glad I finally took the time to order a photo vest for myself[...] the pockets are large enough to hold some of my more substantial lens and filters, extra batteries and cards. Even ID and credit cards can be safely tucked away so I can leave my wallet at home. I love it.

I like to use a photographer's vest when I travel. This is one of the best. I use the vest for carrying small equipment when shooting, and also as a wonderful extra carry-on when flying.
This vest fills both uses well. I use this one in colder weather and my tan one in warmer weather.

I am the sports photographer for Lycoming College sports and the Williamsport Crosscutters single A baseball, it obviously gets a lot of use.
Lightweight, and durable for the use I put it through!
