Comments about Zing Designs SLR Action Strap:
This inexpensive accessory helps keep the camera secure, especially if you are using it outdoors. However, it is a bit bulky and difficult to install if you also use a neck strap. The strap mounts to the bottom of the camera with a wing nut that screws into the tripod mount. This makes it both difficult to put the camera down flat and quickly switch to a tripod. The neoprene material also makes you hand pretty sweaty. Finally, mounting it when using a battery grip makes for an overly snug fit on the hand. Recommended for photogs who take a lot of outdoor action shots and need to move around a lot with the camera in their hand.

If you value your DSLR, then you have to have this simple and easy to use gadget. Very comfortable. This one replaces my previous which lasted over 10yrs. Countless times I have been busy on a photo shoot, walking through crowds and bumping into people, hate imagining dropping camera if I didn't have this security strap attached to my camera. I think the extra snap-on wrist strap isn't needed, even more so the instructions point out it's not strong enough to support a camera's weight. My simple solution: I don't use it, no need. I wonder if the wrist strap wasn't included could the price of this awesome product?

a good fit after adjustments. Not much to it which is a good thing. Back-up wrist strap could prove to be a lifesaver.

I own three of these, and I was surprised to open the bag and find the screw to secure the strap to the camera and the adjusting plastic piece to adjust the nylon strap were missing. Luckily, I "stole" these pieces from my tripod and my neck strap, and made this work. Only complaint. Otherwise it would get 5 stars.

I have had sever of these types of straps. A friend of mine was using one of these, I tried it and had to have one. I ordered it and used it that day! Really comfortable!

I use this on my professional camera. I hate how neck straps get in the way, and this was perfect. You just slip your hand through it and its so comfortable. Also, the elastic strap that goes around your wrist is great for safety in case you lose your grip!

This grip secures your camera to your palm, making it an extension of your hand. It also takes the strain from your hand because you do not need to grip the camera tightly. If you shoot events & eat on the go, you know how slippery your hands can get and how the camera slips from hour grasp.... not with this!! All my cameras have these, and they are comfy!

I have used these since I've been digital; I'm not a fan of a neckstrap, but I'm also not a fan of dumping an expensive body on the ground lens-first.
It's comfortable, easy to adjust and durable. Best of all, it's reasonably priced.
